When I got everything smoothed out, I left the cluster in direct sunlight and direct cold night after that for two weeks strait, to expose it to harsh temp changes. Then reinforced it again with even more welder from the back, and did it again for almost a month then. I pretty much forgot about it. It was in rain and all...so the ultimate test. No cracks formed either time. Then sanded, primed, and painted it a rough flat black.
